My name is Scott, and I have a deep-rooted connection to the Northshore—it's not just where I live, I was born and raised here. Growing up in Mandeville, I’ve previously worked alongside my mother, a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience. And through her, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.

Drone Safety

I am a certified Remote Pilot, licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to operate small unmanned aircraft systems (drones) for commercial purposes. Safety is my top priority, and I strictly adhere to all regulations and best practices to ensure the protection of people and property.

In the event that weather conditions or other environmental factors create unsafe flying conditions, I will gladly reschedule services to a more suitable time. This commitment helps ensure operations are conducted responsibly, minimizing any potential risks.
